In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "rs555," "we," "us," "our" — refers to the rs555 platform and its operating entity, accessible at https://rs555.ws.
• "Player," "you," "your" — refers to any individual who registers for or uses an rs555 account.
• "Platform" — the rs555 website, mobile interface, and all associated services including casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, and account management tools.

rs555 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) rs555 account only. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same name, different names, different email addresses, or different devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Pakistan, and a valid contact email address and mobile number. You undertake to promptly update your account information if any of these details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your rs555 account credentials — your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. rs555 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

rs555 reserves the right to refuse any account registration application without stating a reason. Approved accounts remain the property of rs555 and may be closed or suspended in accordance with Section 14 of these Terms.

All financial transactions on rs555 are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are currently accepted for deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. rs555 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time with reasonable notice to Players.

Deposits: Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to your rs555 wallet within seconds of confirmation by the payment provider. Bank transfers via HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank may take longer depending on the processing times of the respective institution. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed on the same business day they are received, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account KYC verification is complete and satisfactory.
• The withdrawal amount meets the applicable minimum threshold.
• No pending bonus wagering requirements are attached to the balance being withdrawn.
• No fraud review or account investigation is in progress.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name, matching the name on your rs555 account. rs555 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

rs555 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, enhanced cricket betting odds, PSL season promotions, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to registered Players. All such offers are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms & Conditions.

Unless otherwise stated in specific promotional terms, the following general bonus rules apply to all rs555 bonuses:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players only and may be restricted by account age, deposit history, or geographic location.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per Player, per household, and per IP address, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Odds may change before your bet is confirmed; in such cases, the system will display the updated odds for your confirmation before the bet is finalised.
• PSL and other cricket match bets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body. rs555's settlement decisions are final.
• In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific market rules applicable to that event.
• rs555 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where a clear error in the odds has occurred, where the integrity of the event is in question, or where a technical error has affected the betting system.

The minimum and maximum stake amounts for all games and betting markets are displayed within the Platform at the point of wagering. rs555 reserves the right to limit the maximum winnings payable to any Player from a single session, single bet, or series of connected bets.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on rs555 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or providing false identity information during registration or KYC.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, manipulate game outcomes, or interact with the Platform in a non-human manner.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game or betting outcomes, including chip dumping in poker-format games.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of an error are void and must be returned.

rs555 is deeply committed to responsible gaming and recognises that for a small number of players, gambling can become problematic. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all rs555 account holders directly from the account settings dashboard — no support ticket is required to activate them:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit limits. Limits take effect immediately upon activation. Increases to limits take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rs555 excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunities, or goodwill arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, however caused and regardless of the theory of liability.
• Any loss arising from interruption, suspension, or discontinuation of the Platform or any part thereof.
• Any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Any inaccuracies in odds, scores, or statistics displayed on the Platform arising from data feed errors from third-party providers.

rs555's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your rs555 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless rs555, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgements, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to:

• Your violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• Your use of the rs555 Platform in a manner not authorised by these Terms.
• Your violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Your infringement of any intellectual property or other rights of any third party.
• Any false or misleading information you provide to rs555 in connection with your account or KYC process.

rs555 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• rs555 suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other criminal conduct associated with your account.
• You are found to have registered multiple accounts.
• You have engaged in any form of bonus abuse.
• Continued operation of your account would expose rs555 to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.

Upon account closure for breach of these Terms, rs555 reserves the right to withhold any balance in your account pending investigation. Where funds are determined to have been obtained through prohibited conduct, they will be forfeited.

You may voluntarily close your rs555 account at any time by contacting the support team. Prior to closure, you should withdraw any remaining balance that is not subject to active wagering requirements. Balances remaining in closed accounts after a period of account inactivity as specified in the Platform's dormancy policy may be subject to administrative fees.

rs555 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, rs555 will notify registered Players by email or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. Non-material clarifications or corrections may be made without prior notice.

Your continued use of the rs555 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 14.

The version number and effective date displayed at the top of this page always reflect the current version of the Terms & Conditions. We recommend that you review this page periodically to stay informed of any updates.

The rs555 Platform is provided on an "as available" basis. While rs555 makes every reasonable effort to ensure continuous, uninterrupted service, we do not warrant that the Platform will be free from technical errors, downtime, delays, or interruptions caused by factors including but not limited to server maintenance, internet connectivity issues, third-party service provider failures, or force majeure events.

In the event of a technical failure that affects an in-progress game or bet:

• If a game round cannot be completed due to a Platform outage, the wager for that round will be refunded to your account balance.
• If an error in the Platform results in incorrect odds, payouts, or game outcomes being displayed, rs555 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return the original stakes to Players.
• rs555 is not responsible for any losses incurred as a result of your own internet connection failure, device malfunction, or browser incompatibility.

rs555 is committed to resolving all Player disputes in a fair, transparent, and timely manner. If you have a complaint or dispute relating to your rs555 account, a specific game outcome, a bet settlement, a withdrawal, or any other aspect of the Platform, please follow the procedure below:

• Step 1 — Informal Resolution: Contact the rs555 customer support team via the Live Chat function or by email at [email protected]. Include your account username, a clear description of the dispute, and any supporting evidence. Our support team will endeavour to respond within 24 hours and resolve the matter informally where possible.
• Step 2 — Formal Complaint: If you are not satisfied with the response provided at Step 1, you may escalate your complaint to the rs555 Compliance Team by submitting a formal written complaint via email, marked clearly as "Formal Complaint." The Compliance Team will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and provide a final written decision within 14 business days.
• Step 3 — External Escalation: If you remain dissatisfied following the completion of Step 2, you may seek further recourse through any applicable external dispute resolution body or regulatory authority relevant to your jurisdiction.

All dispute decisions made by rs555 following completion of the internal complaints procedure will be communicated in writing. rs555's records of game outcomes, bet settlements, and transaction histories, as generated by the Platform's server logs, shall be the primary source of evidence in resolving disputes relating to gameplay or transactions.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which rs555 operates, as determined by its international gaming licence and operational registration.

By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you acknowledge that online gaming regulations vary by jurisdiction and that it is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the rs555 Platform complies with all laws, regulations, and restrictions applicable in your country or region of residence.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to create, and nothing shall be construed as creating, any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, employment, or fiduciary relationship between you and rs555.

These Terms & Conditions, together with the rs555 Privacy Policy and any applicable promotional terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and rs555 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written.
